Emma was in her 1st play this week. There was a performance at the school on Friday and then another one on Monday at the high school auditorium. It was a cute little production on being an American and there was a country girl dance, a civil war reenactment, flapper girl dance, African tribal music to represent diversity and baseball players. Emma took her part very seriously and she did a great job. I could tell that she was nervous but she still did her little dance with spunk and confidence! She has really come out of her shell in the last couple of years.
The big finish
In the hall before the big show with her fishnet stockings and feather in her hair! She enjoyed this experience so much that she has signed up for drama for an elective next year.
