My Peeps?

As we were driving along a slow country road behind a motorcycle gang - is that what you call them?  A group of guys riding their bikes - a thought occurred to me.  These are Jared's peeps.  He should totally join a motorcycle gang.  Why?  Because you are in a group but completely alone.  You have comfort in numbers.  You've got people around incase there were danger or you needed to talk to someone, but when you didn't want to - hit the open road and listen to the sound of the wind.

I told Jared that I had found a new way of life for him and he liked the idea, but it needed tweaking.  It could only be filled with guys like "House" and they needed to be "cooler" bikes.  He was definitely liking the no talking part of it though.

When I told a friend at breakfast that I found a group for my son to hang out with she laughed and said, sounds perfect for you!  Yep pretty much.  Although it was decided amongst our group that I wasn't strong enough to keep my bike upright and I would have to do some serious gym work if I were gonna pull off joining a gang.

My husband was teasing me about him being dead in a year and what I would do with our house.  I have an irrational fear of him dying so he likes to tease me about it.  I told him that it was fine with me because I had a plan.  I would finally be free to join my motorcycle gang.  He doesn't think they would take me.  A few too many of my evil looks and they would cut me up into little pieces and then the kids couldn't find enough of me to bury.

I think I could totally pull it off.  I mean, I did just go into Popeyes dressed in full camo today........wrong genre?......  Maybe I could start a moped gang instead.......haha.  That would be sweeeeeeet!  I'm having visions of dumb and dumber and snot frozen to my face!  I would be wearing camo so I would look way cooler!

If something happens to Nate and I go missing......you know where to find me and talk me off the ledge! :0)  Because talking people off the edge of crazy town is what you do for people you love, not help them build a foundation there!  But maybe you could take one joy ride with me first?
