What kind of a gift do you make when you need 130 of them? I think this is a pretty good one. We made these for the sisters in our ward for Christmas. The frames are super cheap if you live near an IKEA or know someone that does and can have them ship them to you. Similar frames at the craft store are 9.99 for 4 or you can get the same set for 2 bucks at the mentioned, most fantastical, store! This was a great talk at general conference and there are lots of templates for similar ideas out there for this forget me not flower, but we made our own. We added a card stock, 2 piece, flower in the middle for some fancification, glued it together, popped it in the frame and voila! Awesome Christmas gift for about $.50 (if that) each.
