Jordyn decided to join choir this year and I am loving hearing her sing. This was actually the third grade play called the Incredible Reindeer. It was really cute and there was an asteroid threatening to take out the north pole. Luckily some super heroes saved the day. She did an excellent job. Our gym is apparently too small to house all the families of the 3rd grade because even getting there a half hour early we were sitting in the very back and really couldn't see anything. I managed to sneak up and get a couple of pictures of my baby girl. The play got off to a bit of a sad start because one of the girls that was playing a foggy, foggy night dancer had died in a car accident a couple weeks prior to the performance. Her name was Heaven and she was on her way home from her grandfathers funeral in AZ with her family and her and her Mom and a cousin were killed in a car accident. A couple weeks before that one of the 5th grade girls lost her battle with leukemia and died. It has been a sad few months at the school so it was nice to see the kids enjoying themselves and putting on a fun little performance.
