This year for my neighbor gift I decided to give something that would make everyone's home smell delicious for the holidays. I get so tired of getting food from everyone during the holidays. Not that the plates of goodies aren't yummy, my butt just can't handle consuming that many calories and I feel guilty throwing the leftovers out. So I figured that I could help everyone else's butts cut out a few calories this year by not contributing to the consumption. I found the idea online so I'm not that brilliant, but it still makes me look brilliant anyway. There is an orange, some cinnamon sticks, cranberries and some cloves in there and you put it all in a pot on the stove with some water and magical smells emanate from the pot. I got lots of calls and txt that it was such a great gift and was so yummy smelling. Last year was the tape dispenser with the magnet on the back. I had people ask me if I was giving it out again because it had saved the day on many occasions and they needed another one. My own pot lasted for a week before I threw it out. I love giving useful gifts.
